We, the undersigned, do acknowledge and agree that I/we are financially responsible for any costs incurred on our behalf in
conjunction with the purchase/sale of the property. Bright Light Land Title Company, LLC, may order items on our behalf as a
courtesy and assumes no liability for payment/re-payment of items should the transaction fail to close for any reason. Items
ordered may include a title search, lien search, survey, elevation certificate, and WDO (termite) inspection,

Refer to your real estate sales contract and any addenda for clarification regarding which items you may be responsible for
paying at the time of closing, cancellation, or in the event of default.

FUNDS FOR CLOSING (Except EMD) in excess of $10,000 are required to be a wire transfer. ACH payments, bill payer services, or personal checks will not be accepted. Wiring Instructions will be provided prior to closing.

Effective July 1, 2023, the “Conveyances to Foreign Entities Act” (the “Act”) found in sections 692.201-692.205, Florida Statutes, restricts the ability of certain foreign persons and entities to acquire title to real property in Florida.

Further, I/We, authorize Bright Light Land Title Company and its agents, to release our Closing Disclosure and/or Settlement Statement containing all the details and numbers for closing to our Realtor and their Broker.
